If you are new to NHG Polyclinics, please call their Contact Centre at 6355 3000. After having your key information registered in their system, you can make online booking of appointments or reschedule/cancel your existing appointment via HealthHub website or the HealthHub mobile application.
HealthHub is a service open to all Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents aged 21 years old and above. You will be required to sign-in using your valid SingPass.
To book appointments on the behalf of children who are below 21 years old, parents can use their SingPass account to add their children under Children’s Health (Dependents). Thereafter, parents will be able to access their children’s records and book appointments on their behalf.
You may make a same-day appointment for acute conditions, such as cough, cold, flu, and fever, via the HealthHub Website or mobile app, available on Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You may also book, reschedule or cancel your appointment through HealthHub.

To use Hougang Polyclinic’s dental services, parental consent is needed for patients below 21 years of age. A parent or the legal guardian of patients below the age of 21 will need to complete the consent form. Dental treatment will not be rendered if the consent form is not duly completed and signed.

A wide range of pharmacy services are available at Hougang Polyclinic, including medication dispensing and counselling, minor ailments and self-medication advice, travel health advice, quit smoking clinics, medication therapy management (MTM) clinics, anti-coagulation clinics (ACC), hypertension, and diabetes and lipids clinics (HDL-C).
Also, at the Hougang Polyclinic’s retail pharmacy, you can shop for a wide range of affordable healthcare products, including over-the-counter medicines, health supplements, home nursing needs and home diagnostics devices.
Quality laboratory and imaging services rendered by National Healthcare Group Diagnostics (NHGD) are available at Hougang Polyclinic. NHGD’s aim is to provide one-stop imaging and laboratory services which are accessible, cost-effective, seamless, timely, and accurate. NHGD services offered at the polyclinic include general X-ray, mammogram, bone mineral densitometry (BMD), ultrasound, laboratory testing, spirometry, and electrocardiogram (ECG).

To acquire a medical report at Hougang Polyclinic, the fee payable is SGD$107 (including GST) for Singaporean, PR and Foreigners.
