Visitors whose Mysejahtera status showing Covid positive or under home quarantine are not allowed to enter the Centre’s premises. Meanwhile, children below 12-years- old are not allowed to enter wards.

Admission Journey
The admission process flow for patients is as follow:

Patients should pack lightly and prepare all the required documents and bring them along on the day of admission. |

Consultants will brief patients on the terms and conditions of their stay. Verified forms will be collected and processed. |

Bed will be assigned depending on the availability. |

Patients proceed to pay a deposit at the cashier counter. |
| Step 6 |
Porter will send patients to the wards when the bed is ready. |
Operation Hours for Admission Counter
The admission counter of the Medical Centre is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30p.m. on Monday to Friday; and from 8.30 a.m. to 1.00p.m. on Saturday.
Documents to bring during admission
You are required to bring along the following documents for admission:
- Identification card: For both patient and guarantor (Mykad or Passport Only)
- Admission advice form
- SunMed appointment card
- Deposit
- Any Guarantee Letter (GL) or insurance card

Sunway Medical Centre provides several types of payment methods and they are:

The regular operating hours of Sunway Medical Centre general clinic and specialist consultation range from Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., and Saturday, 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Patients are encouraged to book an appointment online to avoid any disappointment. Those without an appointment can also seek outpatient services during the above hours. The fee will be charged according to the different diagnoses and needs of the patient.
Sunway Medical Centre offers different accommodation ranges to suit patients’ budgets and comfort needs. All meals are complimentary for in-patients. One thing to take note of is that the Medical Centre does not accept pre-booking of rooms, the actual room accorded to you will be subject to availability.
